Internal Client Account Support and Management

  • Responsible for all aspects of information technology management and control including employee and client training
  • budget preparation and management
  • recommendations for technical acquisitions in addition to development of guidelines standards and procedures
  • Direct, coordinate & assist in unit testing to verify the system functions satisfy business requirements
  • Direct & participate in the creation & review of technical designs & documentation
  • Prepare project plans that outline & detail expected resources, tasks and activities
  • Ensure backup, recovery and security procedures are set up and performed routinely
  • Evaluate software vendors and solutions
  • Recommend, install, maintain and support Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP Professional & Microsoft Windows 7 desktops / laptops, Astaro firewall router and Sonicwall VPN appliances, Cisco switches and Microsoft Server 2003 Standard and custom server hardware builds
  • Direct, train employees and clients to efficiently use Microsoft technologies
  • Time management and client invoicing
